I'd recommend going to the nearest place that specializes in selling either Alden orthopedic shoes, OR Alden dress shoes. There they will be able to measure your foot and then order from the Alden dudes in San Fran.

OR if you already know your size in a pair of dress shoes, go for the link below. Otherwise, get measured for dress shoes, because I wear 11 1/2's in Nike, but I wear 10 1/2 C in Aldens.
