It's not an official store release yet - I got it from a friend who worked at one of Nintendo's branches and has contacts there (that's what he says, anyway :). He told me he actually wasn't supposed to show it to anyone, but he did, knowing that I would kill him if I later learned that he had it and didn't show me :) I'll ask him about the details (if he tells me anything :), but all he told me so far was that while it *may* be the same version that goes to stores, it doesn't have to be - it may as well be an alpha or beta release, or the "gold" one, that is, approved but still getting prepared to be released. I'll have to give him back the cart soon... :(
