New Dark Horse Indy comics?

Does anyone know if Dark Horse still owns the license to produce Indiana Jones comic books? Was Indy part of the deal with Lucasfilm that got them Star Wars through 2003? It may be that the only way we'll ever get to see another new Indiana Jones comic book is if Indy 4 ever gets made. I really miss those... :(
