Did you know that the Indiana Jones movies were rip-offs themselves?

They were only very, very good rip-offs which actually improved upon the original material. "Gunga Din", "Four Feathers", "The Secret of the Incas" (Indy's gear ain't so original...), dozens of Saturday Matinee serials, etc. Not to mention that Raiders stole a clip from "Lost Horizon" and "Hindenburg". The warehouse scene in the end was an homage to "Citizen Kane". The truck chase was a redo of the classic runaway scene from "Stagecoach". Hell, even the joke about Toht's hangar was recycled from Spielberg's "1941". And that's just for RAIDERS. I'm not even going into the other two...

: No more Tomb Raider. It sucks. It's a rip-off. Jolie's a wench. Wnd of story. Let's move on to more important discussions. For example, in Raiders of the Lost Ark, what the HELL did Indy say right before he hooked his whip to the bottom of the troop truck. You can BARELY hear it on the USA-aired version and it is driving me CRAZY. Oh yeah, by the way, Tomb Raiders is a rip-off. Anyone who saw it is a traitor to the man in the hat.
