Indy Jacket in One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest

I was watching One Flew over the Cuckoo's Nest and the jacket
that Jack Nicholson wears looks really similar to Indy's jacket,
except for the waist and cuffs, which seem to be of some
material.

Mind you, those here who prefer exact authenticity down to a
sixteenth of an inch and the like (you know who you are), this is
not for you, but overall, besides the waist and the cuffs, it's a nice
replica in my opinion!
