What kind of movie would that be that's been made for CUSTOMERS?

I don't consider myself a customer when I go and buy a movie ticket.
Movies are NOT goods. There is no service involved (I'm not talking about the movie theater. Go and complain when the popcorn reeks rancid!).
The thing about movies is that they are INTANGIBLE products. Just like when looking at your favorite Braque at the museum, you don't receive a service when watching a movie.

What about bad movies? Do you feel cheated? Do you ask for your money back, because you received bad service? Do you? I bet you do... ;)

PS: There is another saying about customers. I'm sure you've heard it many times. ;)
