Yep, the picture is of a Herbert Johnson that actually belongs to old time Indyfan member and past co-owner of IndyDiggs, Max Schulte. I forwarded the eBay auction to him for his "enjoyment", and he said he thought he needed to rush home and make sure his HJ was still on the shelf. I know that pic is from Indygear and it's of a Herbert Johnson but according to the description it's "not a Herbert Johnson but a good quality copy of it." Something is very fishy here, because this auction I could have sworn ended a little while ago...
