What the...? IndyGear and COW?

Just as I'm preparing my sights to re-build my IndyGear (Better than it was before...better...stronger...fas....um...Khaki-er?) Remember the Bionic Man?
...anyway...No IndyGear...no COW...nothing I can see here as to why.
What gives? Anyone got an ETA on it's return? Is it just me and my two computers?
I need whip info from Walt Dammit!! (Seriously...Walt...if yer out there, I have a question for ya.)

Someone let me back into the freakin' loop! :)
