There were "distracting" things in the film? I recall a guy who was chewing loudly in the row behind me when I first saw it in 1981, and it was pretty darn distracting, but he hasn't been there on any subsequent viewings of the film, so I see no reading to digitally remove him!

Other than that... nothing needs to be removed but the empty space in my DVDs where Indy belongs!
