No, it doesn't seem like Mark Wahlberg will be in Indy IV.

But on page 1D of today's (Tuesday, April 29, 2003) copy of USA Today, there's a short blurb that mentions all three of them:

Mark Wahlberg's excellent adventure

While Harrison Ford is working on a fourth Indiana Jones movie, Paramount Pictures has signed Mark Wahlberg to star in a modern-day adventure series, The Adventures of Wyatt McHenry, in the Jones mold. Wahlberg will play an adventure tour guide who also trades in antiquities.

Hmm... further confirmation both that there's be an Indy IV, and that the Indy franchise is still influencing films to this day.
