You're right. I remember skipping class a couple of years ago to catch him on the now-defunct Rosie O'Donnell show. It was the first non-Jay Leno/Dave Letterman interview I'd seen with Harrison Ford. And he was acting as though he was undergoing dental surgery without the benefit of novacaine. Did I spell that right? Anyhow, Rosie O'Donnell was many things (don't let's start!), but she was a good interviewer, able to make a guest feel at ease and loosen up. But not Grumpiana Jones. I remember thinking "what a jerk!" as well as "I skipped Dr. Morris' lecture on the War of Jenkins' Ear for THIS?" and "should I be drinking this at ten o'clock in the morning?" among other things.
Nice him all smiley and wrinkley again.
