I wouldn't buy them any more than I bought the videos. I'd probably get 'Mystery of the Blues' and 'The Curse of the Jackal' which were pretty good.
I never was a huge fan of the series, even back in the day. Not that I'm an Indy-purist (so to speak) but I prefer the mystified Indy of 'Raiders,' and sometimes thing that backstory is better left to the writer's imagination. I mean, I don't think we need to know that (par example) the reason Indy knew to switch the sandbag and the idol was because it was in a bar in 1921 Witchita when he met Sigmund Freud that he told him.
So, to answer your question, I'd likely buy select episodes, not the whole series. I kind of regard them in the same light as the EU of Star Wars, which is to say, not much regard at all.
