Indiana Jones - Kubrick Figure - Legit?

Hey:

Came across this on E-bay and was wondering if anyone knew anything about it. Is this legit or a knock-off custom?

Judging from other similar auctions, it appears to be a variant as part of a Star Wars set which is legit...nifty piece at any rate. I have the Kubrick 'Battle of the Planets' (aka G-Force) set and it's pretty cool...

Anyone?
