Well, I'm sure with either Pro Tools or some other audio encoding software you could strip the audio from the disc, but in terms of isolating the music away from the SFX and dialog it's impossible unless you have access to the original source masters.
So, yeah, you could take (for example) 'Anything Goes' from the TOD DVD, but you'd have all of the sound effects mixed in.
I think someone had tried this a few years ago with the THX VHS tapes and had limited success...
