It's over the little shack on the left on the DVD, and I wouldn't expect to see it in the actual matte painting. The smoke from the chimney swirls, and I was thinking they repeatedly put a clear sheet of plastic over the painting to animate the smoke like an animation cell, and didn't notice the smudge?
