Many hat companies will not sell you a band separately, as they'd rather sell you a hat instead. I'd still recommend you contact Steve Delk at sdelk@cableone.net and explain to him your problem. He may be able to rework your hat for a lot less than you think. You may be pleasantly surprised, and his work is prefect. Regards. Michaelson
