It's good we're doing this (asking these questions) because now the writers can say "hmmmm... there's something that hasn't been answered, I'd forgoten about it, but I think I'll answer it in my chapter," thus making it more like a pre-planned story. Yet it still won't be.

It gives them a list of loose ends to tie up... but they don't need to be tied up in the next chapter--rather slowly over time.
