I would love to have a Wested jacket. But I already own an L.L.Bean A2 goatskin jacket which I really like. And how many leather jackets wo you need? For a jacket to look properly "aged" you have to wear it all the time. But I would still like to have a Wested. I just wish I could go to London and let the people at Wested measure me for the fit. I would hate to go to the expense and time involved to get a Wested and then find the sleves were too short, or something else didn't fit right. Then, just yesterday, I got a new Willis & Geiger catalog in the mail. Their A2 jacket is on sale, and it is an exact replica of the WWII jacket! Maybe I could get three.
