: They might have. You never know. Except for the way Indy was feeling before he actually went to sleep I would say they definitely did. But then again I also think that Indy could find some strength to do something like that. Knocking up someone means to get them pregnant. I'm pretty sure she would've said something at the end of the movie if he had knocked her up. Just a little extra tid bit at the end there. ;-)

Indy was too tired to finish a kiss before he fell asleep so it was
very unlikely they did anything but sleep (maybe she was thinking
the flame was rekindling between her and Indy and, therefore, the
smile).
