Spider scene in TLC?

Hi everyone,

I hope someone out in Indy land can answer me this question,
on the LASER Disc back side of The Last Crusade there is a picture of Indy on the ground with a huge spider crawling up his shirt...
Where did that come from? I have seen The Last Crusade many times
but never seen it.

Hope someone can help me out.
