For me it'd be, in no particular order...

#1. The tank scene in "Crusade"

#2. The bridge scene in "Temple"

and......

#3. I suppose the crushing-ceiling-spike room in "Temple"

I can think of about two dozen more that could also qualify, but I suppose those are my three favorites.
