IP changes

The problem is that Tessa's system administrators are fiddling around with her IP settings.
I made the pattern loose enough to include her new IP number and then they when to a text-based IP.
Hopefully, everything is pretty much constant from here on out.

Sorry for the false alarms, but the IP check is working as it should.
When IP's change, I need that info.
