Deleted Last Crusade scene??

Just have a small question about something that always wondered me.
Is the pic. you see above part of a deleted scene from the Last Crusade? Because I can't find that scene on my LC tapes.
I'm not sure but I think I saw that scene now 10 years ago when I saw LC at the theatre. (I was only 8 years old then so I don't remeber everything from then)
