: Howdy folks,
: This is a long shot and probably a bit long-winded, but maybe someone can help me out so here goes:
: A while ago, I was highest bidder on an auction through eBay. I contacted the seller and everything was fine. I sent off my money order and now a couple of weeks have passed. In this interval, my disk with all my e-mail addresses and past messages suddenly "crashed" and now, without the sellers details, I am unable to contact them to confirm the arrival of my money order. I have been patiently waiting for correspondance on their part but a long time has now passed and not a word.
: I don't have the user name or e-mail address of the seller, but as I recall, her name was SHARON SABELLA.
: Maybe one of you has dealt with her before and could send me an e-mail address or some other means of contacting her.
: Cheers fans,

Rob, have you tried contacting eBay directly on their "site map" at the top of every eBay page? Go to "transaction management" on the right hand side of the menu of the "site map" page, click on the "contact eBay", then go to the eBay help notices and pick the one that should work for your problem. I've had to approach them several times about several odd things and to date have received immediate and excellent help. They do support their folks well. Good Luck! Regards. Michaelson
