Tha hat from the Outlet store

I was just wondering if anyone has ordered the Nostalgia hat from the the Stetson outlet factory priced $25. I was thinking of getting the hat as it is a cheap, valuable collectable.
Just a few short questions:

1. How do you find the hat overall? (dissapointed, satisfied?)
2. Is the felt good quality?
3. What exactly is the delivery procedure? (more details than in x marks the spot please)
4. How long is delivery? and how much is it?
5. Is it easy to shape?
6. Does it have that famous black ribbon that everyone talks about?
