Who makes the clothes for the stunt show?

I bet this has been discussed before, but I'll ask anyway. If the costumes are supplied by an independent, we may be able to buy some clothes or patterns or whatever.

Are the outfits in the show even the same as the movies? I've never had the pleasure of seeing the show, so can anyone fill me in?
