I visited HJ in London while I was there so I could see all their fedoras first hand. I ended up buying a McAlpine, brim cut to the Indy specs. It did have an open crown and I asked Mr. Swales to leave that alone when he modified the brim and added a new ribbon. I thought the felt quality and color better matched the Indy fedora better than the Poets he had at the time I was there (these Poets had a thinner and darker colored felt, unlike some of the Poets I've seen other Indy fans with). Luger's Fedora page has a couple photos of my McAlpine for comparison. Sorry I don't have the address handy.
