If I had to choose my favorite bad guy for each of the three movies...

Raiders: Belzig, the guy who burned his hand with marions arifact

Temple of Doom: I'd say Mola Ram

Last Crusade: Of course this NAZI colonel, Vogel

It's different to choose the overall bad guy, the king of the bad guy, but I'd say...

...Colonel Vogel!
