I don't think so. But... the GAMEBOY COLOUR (and yes, it is spelt coloUr) will run the old monochrome games with some colour (a minimum of four I think, but up to 10).

I recently bought STAR WAWS for my GAMEBOY COLOUR and it runs with a few colours. Actually, it looks pretty good.
