Hi Mark,
Yes, I work in the field (ha ha). Currently doing some rather mundane kinda-academic stuff in the Great American Heartland. I guess I should consider myself lucky to do it, it is something I love; but even Indy would be hard-pressed to battle some of the bureacratic madness involved. Hope to return to work abroad before I get old enough to have an eyepatch...
