boy am i confused! does anyone out there really know the correct dimensions of the hat? from just looking at pictures of indy, his hat appears to be taller than 4 1|2 inches! i first bought a temple and the crown was tapered, and this just did not look right. my next hat was a nostalgia. i made a template for the brim and cut it down to 2 3\4 on the front and back, and 2 \12 on the sides. not bad,but it doesnt look to be quite tall enough (it had a 5 inch open crown) my next hat came from gary white,and it is the closest yet. i had to use my template to cut the brim down to the right size. any input will be appreciated. as you can probaly tell i am new to computers. we just got our first one a few days ago. hope this message makes it to its proper destination.
