I don't know about the costs as I've never dealt with these folks. As for as the Indy, well I think Miller Hats take a Nostalgia and put the crease in the top along with the dents in the front. As far as the Ark is concerned, I really don't have a clue. My local retailer doesn't even have this hat in his master catalog from Stetson. Sorry I couldn't be of any more help than this. Perhaps someone else knows something about this hat. Steve
