: : I used to always think it was Toht also. However, last time I was watching I noticed that this spy's eyeglasses are different than Toht's. I think we can safely say it's just a generic spy. (Unless it's supposed to be Toht but when they filmed the scene the actor (whose name escapes me right now)wasn't around. But I doubt it.)
