A Backstage Person Makes a Cameo On Temple of Doom

If anyone really noticed, when the big bucket thing of water, on Temple of Doom, falls, you can see a guy in a white sweater run across the screen under the "Rock Crusher" where Indy and the Fat Guy fought. Could this be a blooper/mistake
