: The plane in Temple of Doom is a Ford Trimotor plane. The one in Last Crusade is a Pan Am Clipper. As for the plane in Lost Ark I really dont know. For info on the Ford check out the novel "Indiana Jones and the Sky Pirates". I believe this is the same plane(offhand) that Martin Caiden goes into great detail about. If your are an aviation and Indiana Jones buff this novel is an absolute most. Danno
