Go to

http://www.lucasarts.com/support/default_patches.htm

then click on the INDIANA JONES AND THE FATE OF ATLANTIS choice, and download the fatecd.exe file.

Once the patch is installed: everytime you play Fate of Atlantis, enter the game through the patch's BAT file (the included read-me file will explain all that).
