EBay have just recently changed their setup and are probably having a few gliches - don't dispair.

To register with eBay go to the following address:

http://pages.ebay.com/services/registration/register.html

They'll then e-mail you a password (either that or you nominate one for yourself - I can't remember).

This gives you the liberty to bid on any auction.
