How does a person go about applying for a job at Lucasfilm or any of the other studios? It can't be as easy as looking through the classifieds. Or do you just send them your resume cold?
I would love to get a job writing for the movies. I thought screenwriting was all done freelance.

I've been writing for years and I have some talent for it. I've even won some awards but I'd like to put it to use on a paying basis.

Any advice would be most welcome.
