An Invitation to Harrison Ford's Christmas Party(Or, How I Almost Killed Myself)

Let me explain:This is no joke!!
(This happened last year; I just found out about it the other day)My best friend's name is Alex. Alex's mother is best friends with some people that own a tiling company. I don't know if you guys know this, but Harrison lives in NYC when his kids are going to school. Anyway, the tiling friends tiled Harrison Ford's floors. I guess as a big thanks, they recieved an invitation to his Christmas party. However, they were not able to attend. SO they offered the invitation to Alex's family. The invitation was for five people. Alex's family could've gone, plus ME!!! And I almost killed myself when I found out that Alex's mom turned it down.....
