Fragments Left Behind

I been reading the online scripts of Indy and went to Raiders of the Lost Scenes (well at the index2.html where all the info is not index.html) and I noticed that almost all the missing scenes were made up in the movie after and that almost all the scenes had missing dialogue, different dialogue, or someone said a line that was meant for someone else. Like for example on ToD:

Short Round: Wow! Holy smoke crash landing!

Indy: Short Round step on it!

Short Round: Okie doke Indy hold on to your potatos!

Willie: There's a kid driving the car!

Indy: Dont worry I been giving him lessons!

You know like that stuff. We didn't hear Indy say "Don't worry I been giving him lessons" or Shorty saying "Indy" instead of Dr. Jones. But in the screenplay they do. Did you notice any??
