I read your earlier post regarding your observations in Raiders and one thing caught my attention.

You mention Sallah getting caught for helping Indy and alluding punishment. I believe that origionally Sallah was infact supposed to get shot.

I saw this at the "Indiana Jones Missing Scenes" site. I can't remember the URL off hand but it's well worth a look.

Maybe someone else who knows the address could follow up...
