A "Raiders" location question...

In the credits for "Raiders" it says that the movie was filmed in Hawaii, Tunisia, France and Elstree studios in London. Does anyone know for sure which parts were filmed where? I know some of this.
I know that the desert stuff and the scene with the bazooka were in Tunisia and I guess the South America scenes were filmed in Hawaii. The Well of Souls was constructed on the soundstage in London but what scenes were filmed in France?
I can't think of any possibilities unless it's the stuff with the submarine.

Anybody know for sure???
