Speculation, please respond...

Ok, so we finally have deffinate word on the
re-release of the Indy films and 12 of the Young Indy adventures..
now, let me specualte for just a moment..i want to hear what the rest of you think..

1995- Lucas re-releases the Star Wars films in THX sound and picutre
quality..
1997- Lucas and company re-lease The Star Wars Trilogy Special Edition..

1999- Lucas and company re-release Indy in THX....(right?)

I am speculating that this is being done to stir interest
in Indy and laying the eventual ground work for Indy IV..
what do you all think?
