Wested Owners - HELP!

Does anybody own either a 46 or 48 regular? If so, I would really appreciate getting some measurements from your jackets.

Sleeve length - base of neck at center of jacket to shoulder tip, then shoulder tip to cuff (both parts of the measurement, please)

Sleeve width - i.e. when laid flat the 90-degree measurement across the sleeve starting at the armpit.

Shoulder width - measured across the seam across the back.

Length - measured from the base of the neck at center to the hem.

Also, if you had any special sizing done, etc.

I had some sizing problems on my first jacket, and am about to take the plunge again.

Any help would be appreciated!
