Some other things to consider if you're ordering from the US:

Customs on mine came to be another $30. No big deal in the scheme of things, but nobody had ever mentioned it.

If you want to expedite delivery, Peter can send via "Parcel Force - Datapost". This brings the shipping to £30 from £15 (or under current exchange rates, to $47.62 from $23.81). But it brought it from Enfield to Seattle in 3 business days - though they only promised about 4 business days.
