Pat Roach plays two characters in "Raiders": the giant Sherpa, and the German mechanic.

One character in "Temple of Doom": the huge, hulking, Thuggee guy that get's flattened in the stone wheel and belt after fighting Indy.

One character in "Last Crusade": a gestapo who appears in one scene, running across the field to the blimp, with Vogel.
