Jan, I ordered my jacket via fax as well. Afterwards I phoned Mr.
Botwright to hear if everything is allright (measurements, address,
etc.). If you're concerned about your order - go ahead and phone him
as well or send him and email...
By the way, did you order your jacket with artificial distressment?
