Cut Scenes From LC

Hi,

I've got the game of LC and there's a picture of Indy making his way through the infrastructure of the blimp him and Henry Snr. escape in.

Also, in both the PC game "Indiana Jones & The Last Crusade" and the SNES game "Indiana Jones' Greatest Adventures" there is a segment/level where you have to enter the actual structure of the blimp in order to get to the plane you escape in.

I was wondering - is this game scene something that was cut out of the movie LC or just something LucasArts put into the games to give them a bit more action?
