: : : Interesting comments... Where does one obtain some of that Petersham ribbon? I have read previous postings in this forum which indicate it was not available. -CP
: Gregory Shambarger discovered a place in New York City called Hyman Hendler Ribbonerie that is still producing the Petersham-ribbon,
: and will sell it to you (at least 10 yards) by mail. The color is #39-a very dark
: brown-almost black from a distance, but because every dye lot is a little
: different, you have to be careful.
: This info came from Ruell's Indy Info site. Hope it helps.

Yup, and also I found some good Petersham-even nicer than that which I found from Hyman Hendler-from a milliner named Catherine Delaney in London. She will sell any quantity but cannot do credit card business-Money orders in British Sterling only (unless of course, you live in the UK and go visit her). It cost me about $8 for three meters of the ribbon (Very dark brown-almost black). Her address is the following:
Unit 006 The Chandlery
50 Westminster Bridge Road
