Harrison can still play Indy. Not only does he not look all that old, he still is physically capable enough to handle the action scenes.
As far as using a digital Ford for Indy IV. I don't think we have to worry. The CGI technology isn't quite good enough to do that convincingly yet. Plus I don't think Harrison would okay something like that.
But in the next few years I think we will see a little of that. Not used to replace actors with CGI like in "Phantom Menace" but for scenes where they show a flashback. Like in "Forrest Gump." Instead of hiring a child actor to play Forrest as a kid they'll use childhood photos of the adult actor and create a CGI version of their childhood self. So we'd see an eight year old Tom Hanks based on a third grade photo of himself and he'd essentially play both roles. They'd have to hire a voice actor for the flashback.
